I founded Body Glow Coaching to help busy mums over the age of 40 to look and feel their best.
Much of the coaching is based on my career as a Personal Trainer, Pre & post natal specialist and weight loss coach as well as my own personal experiences over many years.
After having three children in my late thirties, I built my body back after each pregnancy (each a year apart), restoring my fitness and muscle tone and getting back to my target weight.
I’ve never liked joyless diets, where you have to give up your favourite foods, or perform pointless exercises. And with a growing family, I didn’t have the time to spend hours in the gym. So I sought out the most effective, time efficient ways to get back into shape and to love living a healthy life. And now I’m on a mission to share them with other mums.
