I have trained with Helena since March 2019 and she has been nothing but inspiring to me, she has picked me up when I’ve had knock backs in confidence, and most of all she has trained me to change my whole self.
I started on 72kg, and am now at 63kg, I have a body I am happy to wear any clothes in, but most of all, I have learnt to love and respect my body and all that it does. Helena hasn’t only helped me build a new body that I love, but she has given my mental health something no tablet could…. I am proactive, more energetic and very resilient…. I can not express enough how grateful I am to have embarked on my journey with Helena, I just wish I had met her sooner!
Helena does not miss a beat, she knows what I’m up to before I’ve even gone off course on training/diet…she never lets me down and is consistent with changing up my programs or nutrition.
